Russell
Staley BSC (Hons)
Chairman
Graduating in 1974 from the University of Leeds (UK) in civil engineering,
Russell emigrated to Australia to take up a teaching fellowship
at the
University of NSW where he carried out postgraduate studies in
reinforced
concrete.
In 1979 he joined engineering services company WorleyParsons where
he held
various positions culminating in executive director responsible
for global
oil and gas. From 1979 to 2004, WorleyParsons grew from revenues
of $1
million to $500 million, listing on the Australian Stock Exchange
in
November 2002. Over that time, Russell was one of the key players
in
Worley's strategic growth. One of Russell's key areas of interest
has been
in offshore foundations engineering having responsibility for projects in
Australia, SE Asia and the Middle East.
Russell became chairman of Benthic Geotech in August 2004 bringing his
25-year history in the global oil and gas business and his experiences and
expertise in growing a world-renowned oil and gas services company. His
role in Benthic Geotech is to work closely with the CEO, Peter Williamson,
to ensure the company's strategic growth.

Geoff
Ainsworth BA (Hons) MA, Dip. Fin. Mgt
Geoff has moved through careers as a researcher and then counselling psychologist and cotton farmer before joining the family business, Aristocrat, where he rose to the position of Group General Manager and Director. Geoff remained a Director and a General Manager after Aristocrat became a public company in 1996. Subsequently, Geoff retired to pursue his equities, unlisted property and equity funds and venture capital opportunities. He has a particular interest in infrastructure and technology investments. Geoff is a Trustee of the Foundation of the Art Gallery of NSW, a Council Member of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and holds other advisory roles at both AGNSW and the Museum of Contemporary Art. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ron
Finkel LLB, Bcom (Melb)
Ron has been actively involved in the venture capital industry since 1986
including roles at Pratt Venture Management and as Director of Investments
at the Advent Management Group where he was actively involved with portfolio
companies across a wide range of innovative technologies. In 1997, together
with colleague Ergad Gold, established the Momentum Investment Group and
were successful tenderers for one of the Australian Government's inaugural
licences under the Innovation Investment Fund program.
Ron is also currently a Director of Momentum Investment Group, Momentum
Ventures Ltd, Petrecycle Ltd, and Ingena Pty Ltd.

Vivian
King
Vivian is Group Executive Chairman of the CH Warman Group. His
role includes responsibility for global activities, acquisitions, international investments and general and strategic management of the CH Warman
Group's national and international activities. Vivian has significant expertise
in stockbroking, corporate finance, equities, corporate governance and management. He has held senior executive positions with Bain & Company, DBSM Securities and SBC Dominguez Barry.

Andy
LeMessurier MA(Oxon), DPhil (Oxon)
After
completing a doctorate in the instability of structures in 1976 at
Oxford University Andy joined Shell in London as an Offshore Foundation
Engineer managing geotechnical site investigations for Shell's steel
and concrete oil and gas platforms in the North Sea. In 1981
Andy transferred with Shell to their head office in the Hague where
he advised Shell operating companies around the globe on offshore
platforms and foundations, and in 1983 was posted to Shell Brunei
to manage the development of new platforms in Brunei.
In
1987 Andy joined engineering services company WorleyParsons in Perth,
Western Australia, where he held various positions
culminating in General Manager - Oil and Gas, Western Australia.
During his tenure with WorleyParsons in Perth the oil and gas business
grew from a handful to over 2,000 employees. One of Andy's key roles
at WorleyParsons was strategic planning and business development
in Oil and Gas platform and foundations design services with many
clients being based within the South-East Asian region.
Andy
joined the board of Benthic Geotech in July 2004 bringing a wealth
of knowledge and oil industry experience in offshore structures and
foundation systems to the company. His role within Benthic Geotech
is to assist the CEO in the areas of strategic planning, business
development and client relationships.

Gary
Zamel BE(Min)
Gary has been a private equity investor in technology, mining and industrial
ventures for over 18 years. He established a number of successful technology
start-up companies including Mine Site Technologies Pty Ltd, Pacific
Tunnelling Pty Ltd, and Ringwood Superabrasives Pty Ltd. In 1989, Gary
founded coal-mining company, Jellinbah Resources Pty Ltd creating ground
breaking international export markets in the steel industry. Gary is a
Member of the UNSW Mining Advisory Council.

Peter Williamson MBA BSc (Hons) CEO
Peter joined Benthic Geotech after four years as General Manager of Boral's
Concrete Panel Systems businesses in Asia. Peter guided Boral's business
from an extensive R&D phase through to commercialisation via establishment
of production facilities in Kuala Lumpur with significant sales in Hong
Kong, Singapore and Malaysia and creation of other growth opportunities
through the region.
Prior to this, Peter was a Director and founder of BSE Ltd in Vietnam. BSE
provided a broad range of technical and consultant services to the resource,
oilfield, and construction sectors including analytical laboratories,
geological, geotechnical, and engineering services.
Peter began his career as an exploration geologist with Placer Pacific Ltd
in Australia and the South Pacific. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons)
from University of Sydney with a geology major and an MBA from the
Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW.

Kazim
Reza FCCA
Kazim became Benthic's CFO in January 2007.
Kazim's career started after having qualified as an accountant in the UK, he
was appointed Financial Planning Manager within a division of Warner Communications
in Stockholm, Sweden. This role was then followed by 14 years with Oilfield
giant Schlumberger, working in countries within Europe, the Middle East, and
South East Asia. In Schlumberger he held the positions of Regional Controller
and International Tax Manager within Schlumberger's drilling divisions, Sedco
Forex and their Wireline divisions. He settled in Australia at the end of the
90s and then spent the next few years mostly in the Australian telecommunication
industry. His previous position before joining Benthic was Chief Operations Officer
of People Telecom a company which he helped build from start-up to revenues of
over $100M p.a.

Steven
Stuart MBA BE Civil
Corporate Development Manager
Steven Stuart was appointed Corporate Development Manager in December
2005 following a long association with Benthic Geotech related to corporate, financial and capital raising activities. Steve has extensive experience in business and financial consulting. In the last seven years
he has worked for major international finance houses and in a consulting role to emerging businesses.
Steven began his career as a civil engineer in project engineering
and
project management positions with Australian civil engineering contractors.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of
Sydney and
an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW.

Pat
Kelleher PHD (Syd) BE Civil (Hons)
Operations Manager
Pat was appointed as Benthic Geotech's Operations Manager in February
2001 following 4 years as a Senior Engineer with a leading firm of
offshore
geotechnical consulting engineers in Perth. During this period Pat
was
responsible for designing and supervising many offshore geotechnical
site
investigations. With over 16 years working in contracting, research
and
consulting environments, Pat has valuable experience across a diverse
range
of projects including civil and marine projects, and a variety of
design,
supervision and construction tasks.
Pat holds a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering and a
PhD in
Geomechanics.

Greg
Fyffe MBA BE Petroleum Engineering (Hons)
Business Development Manager
Greg
joins Benthic Geotech having spent 8 years in various roles which
span the oil industry supply chain. Most recently Greg spent almost
3 years as primarily a Corporate Planning Analyst with Roc Oil, a mid-cap
Australian independent oil company, where he gained experience across
a wide range of areas including capital raising, new ventures and acquisitions,
crude marketing, and oilfield development.
Greg
started his career with Schlumberger, the multinational Oilfield
services giant, where he spent 4 years working in Venezuela , Libya
and Indonesia as a Field Engineer and was ultimately given responsibility
for managing an operations base in Libya . He also spent a year with
Caltex Australia in a supply planning role. Greg holds a Bachelor of
Petroleum Engineering (Hons) from UNSW and an MBA from the Australian
Graduate School of Management, UNSW.
